My loan should have close by the end of 2021. I identified a problem with the preliminary closing documents on 12/13/2021, I communicated the problem immediately and provided proper documentations to support the claim. There was no activity with my loan for 2 weeks. When the closing documents were provided for my review, the original problem was still not fixed. I finally got the loan closed the 1/10/2022. Rebecca was awesome. She always got back to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions in terms I could understand.
Chantel was always nice and pleasant. Kyle and she knew from getgo i could not get into secure emails. Kyle bailed basically after second phone conversation. Title co used and closing location totally unacceptable. My prior closing 4 years ago spoiled me with TX Lending. Just being honest!
