My experience with Sandrea was amazing. I’m still confused with how my refinance went through so many changes and reschedules. Sandrea did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and clear about all of the changes, even if why the changes were having to happen weren’t always from her department.

I've purchased 7 or 8 homes during my life . All with mortgages. Bought 5 or 6 "expensive" cars with loans. Longest loan/mortgage process took month and a half. THIS LOAN TOOK 3 AND 1/2 MONTHS!...(Oct./21 to Jan./22). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional (Customer Service) .... but the people doing the actual loan (who I didn't deal with......(Title Co. ?), didn't seem to really know or care what they were doing.
