Having a person who is in charge of an account is great until they are gone for any amount of time and there is no one to help finish your process. Specifically, Tenille was away at the end of our loan process and the other people I spoke with had no idea about my loan or the specifics with my closing. It wasn’t until I reached out to Jessica that anything was accomplished. I was told multiple different things by different people.
