Paul did a great job keeping me informed on the process by calling me each week with updates. Overall, he was on top of the process every step of the way.
Awesome Great
My only negative comment is that throughout the refinancing process I continued to receive annoying calls, emails and wasteful mailers encouraging me to refinance. I wanted to respond with "WHAT'S IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING ?!"
