Ms. Claudia, Mr. Pineda and Mr. Corey were very helpful, respectful, always trying to help, beautiful customer relation. With the MacTeam I do not have any problem. I am very satisfied with their service. I have 2 major complain: The first one is with the underwritter. They kept asking for the same documents over and over. They should be asking for all documents at once and not asking one document at a time. This is causing a lot of frustration of the customer. Second, they appraisal was out of the range. Documents were requested and were sent more than once and I had to get on the phone and ask for someone to take a loser look at these documents to keep from having to send them a 4th time. The information was there but it required y’all taking a second look! Also the originator of our loan made promises of things he said he would reimburse us for and those figures were not clearly marked on our contract!
