The entire process was absolutely seamless and completely trouble-free from application to closing. The initial phone interview with the originator seems to have gathered all necessary information and no other "updates" were required. The portal allowed us to upload all necessary docs and to see the progress. The entire process was pleasantly unexpected. Thank you.

Delays, delays, delays.......having someone who would make sure all the most current documents are accounted for in order to avoid delays.......
From the beginning I explain my situation for the refinance and what I was expect to get from it. Earl took his time to make sure that it was doable and that they could deliver before he continue the process and I appreciated that very much. Then I talk to Chantel and she make sure all the final details were right and when they were changes the call me and let me know.
