Excellent experience that went way faster then I thought. Thank you to my team for all the help.
Better communication between PennyMac and the title company regarding certain documents needed for closing. Also, it would be nice if the Loan Officer who called us with weekly updates was the same person from the beggining of the process to the end. I also feel there was a bit of a breakdown in communication on the PennyMac team.
Overall the loan process was great. There were just a few instances where it was difficult to get a clear answer to the question(s) I had.
