PennyMac was Very Timely, however getting someone to call you back was a struggle. I had to keep calling to get answers...rarely was I called back...that was disappointing. Happy with the rest.

Communication was very easy. Everyone was really helpful. I closed relatively quickly which was nice. Much easier than I thought it would be
There were times we got mixed information which made things a bit confusing. Some questions we asked were not answered with confidence, there was some back and forth.
I did not receive my updated closing amount. When I called the day before closing they could not give it to me. This was frustrating. I didn’t have the check at closing and had to wait days to finally be able to wire funds.

Great team of people at Penny Mac. I would rather do business with Penny Mac over other businesses.
