Ajanay was great, as were all the people I spoke with. However, the projected closing date was late October, with an actual closing date of January 10th. The lateness was blamed entirely on the Gentleman that PennyMac hired to do the appraisal. However, after I sent a less than pleasant email stating that they should just refund my money paid thus far, the process mysteriously went into overdrive and within days was finalized. Raveena Taylor was completely professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. Halfway through the process we wanted to change the terms of the refinance. After she confirmed that there would be no problem fulfilling our request, she immediately worked with the team to promptly update all the docs, without extending the timeline to close. Everything just worked!
