I already sent an email in regards to the loan process and how dissatisfied I was with the "Underwriting" process. The lack of communication and often times being different than what someone else told us was disappointing as well. It was as though the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing the entire process. Not too mention the difficulties of proving income/etc. For someone that is "self-employed."
