I called alot on my behalf because I wanted to make sure you guys had everything and if something was missing, I wanted to be sure to get it to you to make closing on our home easier. She contacted me more than enough times and did not always have accurate information.
Communication from my entire mac team was horrible including Julianna Cruz, Ashley Ayala and Reed Wright. They don't answer their phone calls and never return voicemails or emails. Never again with this company.

Nathaniel was exceptional. He provided me updates as he said he would. He was upfront with me about everything. My loan took a little longer than expected due to some title issues that were out of my control. Even with that, the experience was great. I am happy that I refinanced with PennyMac. As a fellow mortgage processor, the experience was great. It was so nice to only deal with one person after the loan advisor.
The process was fast and smooth, Penny Mac didn't just rate match but beat the closest competitors rate and terms. My expectations were not just met but exceeded. Bottom line is I got a great deal with a super low rate in an extremely quick timeframe with a zero friction process, couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Penny Mac you guys are awesome!
