Not to have to deal with so many different people concerning the loan process. Request of things already submitted and asking for documents that I didn’t have for particular month. This was very frustrating.

Faiza was great! Unfortunately, paperwork got delayed from the title company and even though I did everything I could, our closing was delayed almost 2 weeks which really messed with our schedule. I was also given miss information in regards to a couple of repairs that needed to be done, which played a big part in delaying our closing. Overall, it was still a good experience. Faiza personally was amazing, very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely work with her personally again!
