PennyMac has been great from start to closing of my loan!!
To my knowledge the PM team was great. However, I did not close at the scheduled time. I got a call an hour before the notary was scheduled to arrive and she informed me she did not have my documents. This occurred on 12/31 and the PennyMac and title company offices were closed. I had no choice but to wait until the following week to follow up and reschedule closing. The loan officers I dealt with were professional and very helpful.
