Patrick Peavy was my contact throughout the entire time until the very last. Patrick was awesome to work with and made the process much easier. We had several delays due to our buyers not able to close when expected. Patrick worked with us and kept checking on the progress of our sale. Nancy phoned at the last to tell us she would be our contact now. I only spoke with her one time.
Michelle was very personable, professional and prompt for our appointment.
The process seemed to be moving fine at first, but after the appraisal was done, it seemed like there was little correspondence to let us know what was going on. We received notification that a lien was on our property title, but when I called the creditor, they said they never put one on our house. I asked for a copy of the title report, and never got it.
