prompt service, thorough communication and follow-up
Other than some requests for documents being made more than once everything was timely and efficient. The ability for me to view documents I uploaded only went around in a circle which would have prevented the problem. I would have been able to view to make sure the upload was there and I could not. The delay ended up being a benefit to us as our first payment is in March, and the pleasant process of this simple refinance and the people on your team and Boston Title. Very smooth from start to finish. All question were promptly answered and they were knowledgeable. Tech support helped me with uploading docs which made my lift easer.
Easy process, went through as expected
There were several people who were very helpful in my loan process. Tynisha Robinson was my regular phone contact at the end of the process; I would also like to thank Angelica Williams, who helped me during the appraisal, and Christine Mikesell, the signing agent, who of course was the only person I actually met in person; others were polite and professional. Most of our business is concluded, it's mostly waiting for the paperwork to catch up now. Thanks Everybody..
