I executed a refinance through PennyMac and everything was very clearly laid out from the start. If there were any changes to be made, I was informed exactly what would change in terms of old to new. These changes were all a normal part of the process as terms become more defined after certain events like an appraisal. Very professional service
The beginning of the process was very organized and I felt like I was kept informed of things going on. I received phone calls to tell me everything was ok and that nothing else was needed from me. However, though I received two phone calls stating that everything was fine and nothing else was needed from me, there was an issue with the appraiser being able to contact me that was not communicated to me for several weeks.
