Process was smooth. Jesika answered all questions in a timely manner. Courteous and professional .
Final disclosure was not correct and not communicated prior to closing. Closing required a personal check with additional funds. Now being called by AMROCK that the check is not acceptable and have to wire money. In the meantime my excellent credit is in jeopardy.
IF IN THE PROCESS YOU HAVENT REPORTED ME AS MISSING A PAYMENT WHILE AT THE SAME TIME SENDING ME TWO CHECKS, THEREBY DROPPING MY CREDIT SCORE FROM 830 TO 645. IM VERY UPSET AND TRYING TO GET HELP FROM ANYONE AT PENNYMAC IS RIDICULOUS
