If we were able to close on time because it cost us alot of money at closing. waiting on the appraisal to get done and waiting on phone for long period of time just to speak to someone to help me. This Frank guy was very rude. I had to get smart back with him and tell him about his self. I'm Glad it's done New house New year.
From the beginning I explain my situation for the refinance and what I was expect to get from it. Earl took his time to make sure that it was doable and that they could deliver before he continue the process and I appreciated that very much. Then I talk to Chantel and she make sure all the final details were right and when they were changes the call me and let me know.

We were told there wasn’t going to be any fees… which now I know means out of pocket fees, but when we were signing we had to pay $10k in fees that rolled into the loan. I felt like that information was hidden from us, because you did not want us to not go forward with the loan.
