PennyMac makes owning a home so easy. Everyone i have dealt with at this company has been great, but Aleccia was the absolute best. Not sure if you guys give out employee perks of any kind, but if so then i highly recommend she gets one for her outstanding service.
Was such an easy process
Everything went very smoothly but I was told I would have no January payment and one was deducted . This overdrafted my account and has caused me financial hardship this month as I had already allocated that money to another bill. No one told me I had to call pennymac and cancel my automatic payments. I should have been told that clearly. I assumed because both loans were with pennymac this was automatic.
