She was rarely available and had to chase her and the team for information given my documents were wrong No one checked with me prior to closing to ensure documents were right . To this point still have issues and no ideas of everything will be settled
Everything went smoothly. Was a little confusion at the end but was not Faiza fault.
Liem did a great job answering our questions. There were some delays but these were outside of PennyMac's control since our mortgage was sold during the application process. There were some issues with the closing but this was because the notary forgot what time to come to our house. The only problem with documentation was that the cash out check had my middle initial wrong. I don't think this really matters and I think our bank will accept the check. -Marc
We have worked with pennymac since we originally bought our house, and because of the exceptional service we have received we will continue to stay with pennymac. Liem was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and responded promptly to any questions we had!
My mortgage was with PennyMac and this was a refinance. Everything was easy from the application to the closing. Very informative and always available to speak with. Closing was great with a wonderful local attorney. Would highly recommend PennyMac.
A better call center
Closing for the refinance took over 2 months and other than generic email stating of the loan update being within 7 days nothing else was stated. Also we are still awaiting closing cost refund to be sent to us from closing on Jan. 1st.
I just love the fact the always answer the phone always polite and have knowledge, fast and efficient Thankssss
