Our experience across the board was Outstanding. Starting with Todd Haynes, then continuing with Meghan Kearney, and finishing with our Closing Notary. Todd did a Great job in the initial phase of proving us the answers on whether or not to refinance, and which route, a 15 or 30 year loan. Once we were all in, Meghan did Outstanding job getting us through all the documentation. Even the Notary that came to our house for Signing was Professional and Proficient. Overall - Outstanding!
Everyone working with us on new mortgage promptly returned our calls. I never felt like I was a nuisance asking too many questions.
Juan Cueva made the difference this time around. He responded quickly and personally to every inquiry and explained issues well. Our only complaint was in the PennyMac dashboard system that kept asking us for documents we had already sent. Also, the system is difficult to use and is not very user friendly. I think your programmers need to do focus groups with homeowner users and see just how the dashboard functions from our point of view. TINY TYPE in light grey is not easy to read.
I believe the overall process was quite easy. Everyone communicated their needs clearly and all of our questions were answered very quickly. PennyMac"s loan department personnel were just amazing and very helpful with anything that we needed.

Working with Peter was a great experience. He was professional and patient whenever we had questions. Our closing was sooner than expected. An overwhelming process that went smoothly and we felt supported the entire time.
29 days from first to close. The experience was fantastic and the service was exceptional. I was well informed every bit of the way and could all leads reach someone when I had any questions. Of course very comparative rates and closing costs. Would use and recommend PennyMac

Paulette did an awesome job and answering any questions or concerns and insured my documents were corrected when there was an error. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help and explain the refinance process. When there was a last minute hiccup, she made sure the issue was resolved and assured me it would be taken care of.
