We had questions about the timeframe we have actually resided in our home vs. what was documented on the forms. I attempted to contact both Danyelle and Ashley but never received an email or call back despite calling several times. While our refinancing process is closed and we are satisfied with our new loan, this is the only complication and frustration we had.

better communication, clarity of what was being requested, accurate timelines and intercommunication between all involved parties at PennyMac. Our loan was almost denied and no one communicated that message to us.

While Belinda was very kind and pleasant to speak with, I often felt like she wasn’t sure what was going on. She often misspoke, correcting herself multiple times in a conversation, could not give me straight answers, and a few times she told me she would contact me before the end of her shift and never did. I was asked for the same documents multiple times.
