Timely and a professional experience
The whole experience was horrible and the only excuse that PennyMac's team would relay was that "Due to these unprecedented times: - you will now enter and experience the silent abyss. There will be no updates or any information passed along to you. Wait for several months and still not have any answers - always blaming Covid. The traveling notary never called or showed up as promised! The closing costs were more than the agent said that it would be as well as the new mortgage payment. Excuses.
