Lot of miscommunication
The whole process was very clear and the employees were all very professional.

Anytime I had a question- Kyle promptly responded. He was always helpful and explained every step and status. It was great having the same person to communicate with me throughout the whole process.
The process was easy. Tony and his associates are very knowledgeable and were able to assist with the one issue that came about during our process. Due to their experience it did not delay our closing. Thank you!
Jennifer did a great job
On several occasions we reached out to make sure that all needed documents were accounted for and in the format necessary, only to recieve an email 24-48 hours later stating that our documents were not to standard and that immediate actions were to be taken otherwise the refinancing process would terminate. In addition, I had to explain my employment situation several times to several people.
