There is a disconnect between the loan officer and the MAC Team. Team members do not know what documents are being asked for and they don't fully understand the process. Andy was polite and helpful to the extent that he was able to assist in the process.

A more complete and clear response, and follow-up on a critically important question I had about this loan. The response was ambiguous and imprecise, and there was no follow-up on my critical question. My decision on choosing Rocket Mortgage or PennyMac depended heavily on the answer this question, which I never received from Tyra.

Pennymac, especially Ashton, made the process smooth and easy. Communication is key with all that we do and Pennymac and Ashton communicated everything very well and timely.

Me and my wife were starting our refi and our mortgage company for some reason was the last place to try to ask for help. We should of done that first- Joseph was who we talked to to get started and Linda finished us the rest of the way. Both were fantastic, very pleasant to talk to not pushy or rushing through anything, which made it possible for us to get going in the right direction
