Great overall experience. We had a couple mix up some of my faults and others caused be wet sign signatures vs E-sign. I was very happy with the service communication was above what I expected. Great job PennyMac Team!!!

Calls and emails not returned. Closing disclosures inaccurate. Appraisal problems dismissed by PennyMac with arbitrary answers when the whole reason we entered this process with you as our existing lender was based on home value information YOU provided us from your website. Appraiser ignored a comp 700 ft from my front door. If we refi or purchase another home I will definitely not use PennyMac.
I've never received poor service from PennyMac until now. Describing my experience would be a very lengthy review,I've already wasted too much time with this refinance.
Made closing longer than expected,but our experience went well,everyone was helpful with all questions,would have liked to talk to the same person throughout the loan process,seemed like we talked with six people, U kind of lose the personal relationship with our person.

10 out of 10 stars!!! Sandrea, Francisco and the Pennymac team were beyond amazing. Sandrea never left my side during the process. Even staying late a couple of times just to ensure my loan was moving forward. She was always there to answer questions. She really did go above and beyond.
