It was ok, refi kept getting pushed back. I wait about 3.5months for the process.

I have been a PM loan customer > 10 with zero missed payment, disabled military 100%. Old load 4.4% new loan 2.35% they said 3-4 weeks no problem. All documents were already in hand, no survey, no appraisal, no documents needed. dozens of phone calls, and emails, missed appts and plain old not doing their job caused this to take nearly 4 months. Then incorrectly stated a notary would come to our house and that was not even checked on. Your employees were rude with my title company accusing

I would have liked to have a more accurate explanation of the costs involved with the refinance. I believe I would have told your company to take a hike had I known how much you would charge and how confusing the whole process would be. Terrible experience. A lot of contact from agent with no new information provided, basically wasting my time. I hope you sell my account to someone else so I never have to deal your company again.

We kept getting payoff demand statements which seemed to indicate that things were being delayed at your end and it looked like it was getting more and more expensive for us. I didn't feel like I was communicating with a human most of the time. The signing was supposed to happen in November but didn't happen until December. There are things I'm confused about in the papers we signed and the notary said she'd try to get some answers for us, but we haven't heard back from her.

Jericha was great. We had some missing documents that delayed the loan and changed my cash to close. However, she got credit issued to me and cleaned up the mess between the processor and Penny Mac. We had a missing PUD and nobody told me. That delayed the closing and if I would not have called to check on the funding, there would have been even more delay as nobody contacted me to tell me there was an issue. That was disappointing.
