This was a great experience
Whole process was quick and easy. All questions were quickly answered and all calls quickly returned. I’ve dealt with Penny Mac for a while and always been very pleased.
Erica was very nice however we felt the communication was not great from the beginning. There were many emails back and forth when there only needed to be a few. If the team was more clear we would have been able to close sooner.

Friendly, good communication, very easy to use website, efficient transfer of documents, plenty of access to the loan agent and others working on the loan, easy closing process, with document signing in the comfort of my own home.
Mrs. Boyd displayed excellent customer service skills, she was very attentive and made sure I completely understood every step throughout my refinance process! She made the process so much easier. Thanks for everything it was a pleasure working with you!!!
