Once the verification paperwork was submitted there was not a whole lot I had to do on my part. I was updated on a weekly basis.

Seamless refinance process from start to finish!!
I think that the refinance process had conducted at the timely matter via phone and email smoothly more than I expected.
A very easy and smooth process!
When I called as a co owner of the loan jeunisia would not give me access to loan information because she didn’t know how to locate additional owners. I had to speak with loan specialist who had to communicate that process to her I also emailed for timeline and was told title review is the longest part of process. We sat in that process for one month and then just like that we were ready to close . Loan specialists did a great job … the communication team did not .
The process from start to finish was completely done over the phone and online in a very professional and timely manner. The closing process exceeded my expectations. I definitely would highly recommend PenneyMac.
