The loan process took too long a lot of back and forth and misinformation given throughout process and hard to get in contact with anyone. Trying to then sneak in fees and have us come up with cash to close. Did not get documents to review priory to closing or in each step of the process.

I was very dissatisfied with the process. With all the loans that I have closed with PennyMac, this one was not smooth nor acceptable. The length of time that it took as well as the communication given. If processing additional loans, I would definitely not choose PennyMac as the first option.

It was very easy to get ahold of someone to talk to, and if I left a message the call was returned promptly. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgable. I am glad that PennyMac is keeping my loan!
