I had an FHA streamline refi. The process overall was very easy. i just had to sit back and sign things as needed. A couple things that could have been done better: There were documents that required me to review them, but it was not very clear that I had to press a "finished reviewing button". I had to reschedule the closing date because mac team forgot to send the documents to the attorney. And not much info was given for what happens after closing happens (like any actions I need to take).

I worked with both Theresa & Rihanna, and they were fabulous. They were extremely knowledgeable, and I was impressed by their level of patience & professionalism. I spoke with multiple agents to start my application process but none seemed as engaged, pleasant, or available as Rihanna. Then Theresa carried the same energy, following up with information in a timely manner about my app, loan, and closing. I never felt like I was out of the loop during any step of the process. MVP service for sure.

Toimeishia Harge was great because she communicated and got the loan finalized in a very timely manner! I was disappointed in the drop off in communication I had from Taylor Fiorelli the agent who would not call or return my emails when I could not get anything from Joya Lewis. End of the day the loan was finalized and thankfully all due to toimeishias ability to get the job done for us! I would recommend your other employees have the same work ethic and helpfulness as toimeishia.

I was not given a document with the closing amount. I had to call and ask, and I was told an incorrect amount. Then we couldn't close because I had the incorrect amount and I wasn't told who to have the cashiers check made out to. Then I wired the money so that they would have it rapidly - and I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra $35 cost and that never happened. Then the title company you recommended took 7 days to fund the loan giving me extra, unexpected interest costs.
