Brianna was fantastic to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. However the title company Amrock was one of the worst experiences. None of the documents were highlighted where we needed to sign which was very difficult in the midst of Covid / social distancing. If it weren’t for Brianna stepping in to work as the go between I would have been furious at the title company and given up.

This refi was the worst one i have gone though with a lender. I thought it would be easier to use the same vendor my current loan was at but i was mistaken. The issues started with my closing documents being wrong which delayed my closing. When i asked PennyMac how my URL that i signed was changed to a second residence, no one knew the answer. I requested a explanation from a supervisor and as of 2 weeks now, i have not had any contact with one. My agent (Jason) has repeatedly told me durin

Some times I was given weekly updates but at times I had to call to get an update because weeks had gone by without any updates. The application was submitted on August 3rd but the closing wasn't until December 1st. I consider that pretty lengthy considering my mortgage is with PennyMac so most documents are already there. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome.
