We’ve refinance our home and the process was very smooth and timely! Always had an update of what was going on weekly which was great! It was a very very pleasant experience!

loan process took much longer than anticipated, it was easier when I bought my property than the refinancing. I was asked for document after document which I submitted promptly hoping this would accelerate the closing but it still took longer than I anticipated, I must mention that Erica Sanchez was very professional and she replied to my questions in a timely manner, I am guessing if I had gone with a local lender the process would have been easier.
Very pleased with the experience.
Whole process was entirely too long. Multiple emails requesting things that had already been sent or e-signed. Different amount due at closing from what I was told at beginning of the process. Closing documents weren't sent to the closing person till morning of closing which delayed my closing.
