My experience with our PennyMac Refinance Mortgage was a very good experience because my husband and I felt that we were treated fairly and respectfully as we conducted every step of our business. I was especially pleased with the help we were given when we had questions and concerns about the process of signing the eforms or the loan officer getting back to us in a prompt manner. Every person we came in contact with gave us good and respectful customer service.
Everything went smooth and happened just as I was told from the beginning. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend PennyMac for refinancing!
