The loan office was excellent during the initial call. Then when I transitioned to Kristina she was extremely helpful at first and then absent for the remaining process. Those that backed her up had little information to provide and ultimately not helpful. I called a manager and left a message and never heard back. I was disappointed that my appraisal came in a bit low and when I called to inquire I was told that if I requested a change to it then the whole process would delay.

Well my experience was a 3 month experience. When I had thought I had closed in October and everyone in Pennymac confirming it was completed. It came out that my forms were lost and that's what took 3 months to finally resolve. I think Pennymac needs to work on there communication between each other. At the end everything was resolved. Which I Thank a SV other in the name of Nick. Thank you Nick for your hard work and dedication!

The overall experience was great. The process was just very long and frustrating at times. It was explained to me that there are a lot of refinancing in progress hence the reason for the delays. My Loan Officer was fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone was pleasant and answered my questions to the best of their ability. I would recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.

I started with Celso Dockhorn in July and spoke to him twice in the beginning, and then was sent to Erica Taylor to send my documents , then there was another PennyMac person who's name I forget that asked me to resend the same documents, then it was John Buchanan who asked for some of the same documents and finally to was Kelvey Becks who made contact in November almost 5 months after the of this loan process. Kelvey was very helpful but this process was too long and a MESS!
