Everything Lori Gibson did was great. Very upset with the loan closing and handling of account by team when Lori was out. Seems like you get an answer even if it’s wrong, just to give the answer.
Jessica was a great loan originator. She was knowledgeable and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend PennyMac.
The first thing I want to make adamantly clear thse him you will have lost a VALUe 2 no answers had NOTHING to do with Perstigous. I know he has expert knowledge at where he is now and quite sure he could do you proud advancing farther into your organization if you ever lo lose him you will lose a very valuable asset.

There was little to no communication from anyone to myself at PennyMac. When an error was identified it took several calls and emails to get it resolved. Our initial closing date was cancelled 30 minutes before the scheduled event. I left numerous messages and emails the following week trying to get information as to why it was cancelled. No response. I had to utilize twitter to get someone to contact me. Lack of communication made the whole process stressful! Unacceptable service.
