My wife and I had a great experience. Rebekah Letona was very professional and well organized. From start to finish, she did an outstanding job! I would recommend her to anyone.
The beginning and middle parts of this process were great. Jerrica was a great communicator. The end of the process was where everything fell apart. The purpose of this refi was to pull out $10K in equity. This did not happen. All calls to the team were never returned. Very frustrating and disappointing.
