The mortgage refinance process was very organized and streamlined. I did not have to worry about much throughout the process. The PennyMac representatives gathered all of my information and preferences and just made it happen. The process was much easier than what I had anticipated.

We refinanced our loan through the same company as our original loan. From start to finish it was very simple to get this done. The amount of paperwork gathering didn't feel overwhelming and every step was explained for us. The online portion was very easy to use to sign papers and was easy to understand. Our loan actually closed quicker than I expected and we ended up with a much better rate through the refinance.
