Sarah Guevara was both professional and personable. She was a joy to work with and is the reason we will be referring friends to PennyMac. In today’s ‘virtual’ and often ‘non-personal’ business environment Sarah was a breath of fresh air.

It was hard trying to talk to someone. I indicated via email that I was not available until after 3pm but yet calls were made to me every Thursday before 3pm.

For the most part, we were kept apprised of all actions needed to complete the refi process. Once the paperwork was finalized by the title company, everything went smoothly.
My experience with PennyMac and its team was exceptional! I had no idea that refinancing my home could be such a quick, nearly effortless, and easy thing. Most of all, the team I worked with was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and very sensitive to my need for reassurance about the process and what was expected both from me and for me. I highly recommend them, and I wouldn't pause for a moment if I were to need such service again.
