The staff were great. Very helpful. They made themselves very available. All questions were answered. Mario was great and the lawyer they sent to my house was also wonderful. Overall, this process was so easy and I am very pleased with my choice to refinance and stay with PennyMac. I was dreading the process of refinancing and thought it would be a hassle and burden, I was very wrong!!! Thanks so much everyone.

It was nothing Hermes could have done to make the process better. It was the 5 month process because there was so much volume of loans happening at the same time our loan was being processed. At the time of settling the payoffs our taxes were not paid with the impound money\ but the loan principal was paid down instead. it would have been better if we had been consulted before the money was dispersed.
I really did not have to do anything. Everyone involved took care of all the paperwork and scheduled any meetings. All I had to do was meet the Notary at my house and sign the X spots and dates on the papers. It could not have been easier. I am well satisfied.
The process for refinancing went pretty smooth. A friend of mine started a conventional refinance with his current loan holder weeks before I started my USDA refinance with PennyMac and I was able to close my loan weeks sooner. The home loan specialist who was working with me was knowledgeable and attentive. The process was straight forward and simple. I received an update call or email each week to let me know where everything was at. Overall it was good experience and I would recommend them.

The service I received from Rosario was rrxcellent. She kept me informed throughout the entire loan process!
Ammie Mack did a GREAT job once she took over my loan and got me closed! I also spoke with Ken (her manager) who finally listened to my concerns. My loan should have closed within the stated 45-60 days but sat in limbo for weeks without anyone taking action which was very disappointing. There is a flaw in the internal process which should be addressed. I was told at one point my loan was pushed to the bottom since all my documents had expired, which was of no fault of mine.
Its was a very easy process.
