Our Loan processor, Shawna, was excellent! She was thorough and very helpful when we had questions. Also she was extremely prompt with providing answers, we never had to wait longer than a day for answers to our questions. Which in this time of Covid and everyone working remotely is very impressive. There was only one hiccup with the closing documents and Shawna had it resolved within 24 hours. We were extremely impressed with her and Pennymac’s processes. Thank you for everything!

Ceista Johnson was clear and effective. I was thinking that we could close early but it was not her fault but our COV19. She was always nice professional. It looks like PennyMac has an excellent team to work with. I am saying this not because I have my loan approval but this is true.
