Process was a lot easier than I thought it would be and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Customers service was great.
There was not enough communication. It was very hard to get ahold of someone that could tell me anything about my loan. Even online I could not see information about my loan because it was never updated.
Our Loan processor, Shawna, was excellent! She was thorough and very helpful when we had questions. Also she was extremely prompt with providing answers, we never had to wait longer than a day for answers to our questions. Which in this time of Covid and everyone working remotely is very impressive. There was only one hiccup with the closing documents and Shawna had it resolved within 24 hours. We were extremely impressed with her and Pennymac’s processes. Thank you for everything!
Ryan followed up with us each week via a phone call to provide a status on the loan processing. Always asked if we had questions. Any emails sent were responded to promptly. This made the entire loan process smooth and uncomplicated. Based on this experience, I will be happy to recommend PennyMac to friends and family.
