The whole precosse Was great and easy.
Lack of communication. Rachel Harris doesn't follow up on meetings she sets up. I have been trying to get someone to call me but no responses. I never wanted the wife's name on loan, you stuck her on it and now wont respond to my request to have her removed. Not a happy customer!!!!

PenneyMac was awesome to work with. 1.99% interest rate for 15 years. Called every week to let you know how things were going. I would recommend using PennyMac to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home.
There were communication issues with the loan processor. The Loan officer Broc Walker went above and beyond and got me the information I needed and set me up with the right people to close the loan sooner then expected and accurately. Thank you.
