I appreciate Xavier always responding whenever I called with questions. He always returned my calls promptly.
The biggest issue is we uploaded documents numerous times but kept getting the same requests. This back and forth ended up causing the original closing date to get pushed out even though we called and emailed multiple times. We ended up calling the loan officer who escalated it. After that things moved ahead smoothly.

I understand that the current rate and pandemic economic impacts were likely responsible for the rare delays and more rare miscommunications, but the attitude and willingness to serve were completely honest and forthright. I enjoyed the staff's eagerness and pleasant responses to my questions and requests. None were treated with disdain, rudeness nor excuses. The Monday morning updates became a source to look forward to. I knew that after a weekend, I would receive a deserving update.
Jamie was a pleasure to work with, he has a great personality and he was always there for my husband and I.
