Due to seller pushbacks on closing PennyMac was allotted 3 extra weeks to finish everything they needed to for us to close on the final extend date. I called Ray and left a message a week before closing to let him know sender had all required doc to close and due PennyMac sitting on our paperwork we had to extend closing again. But this time due to their fault after already having 3 weeks of extensions past initial closing date. Also, having loan processors sharing one joint email address.

I did refinance to take advantage of the low interest rates. I closed in a timely manner. Refinance went smooth.

I was very pleased with Pennymac. This is the first time I ever had to do something of this magnitude on my own. The people I dealt with were very pleasant and cooperative. There was a mixup related to my wife being on the loan.
