A clearer understanding of closing costs....and close dates.
would have been much better if it had closed in a timely manor. I felt I dealt with too many people. The right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. I ll bet I got 10 to 15 of those "pay off" letters. It was the most stressful experience Ive ever had in financing a home. Never seen anything like it. The time it took to get it done was inexcusable. I m glad its over.

Communication on next steps was very good.
I didnt know what to expect. Everything went smoothly. My questions were answered clearly. I felt confident with the transaction. It was very easy. The title company came to my house for signing. No real effort or problems o. My side.
I don't know if George was undertrained or overworked but his communications were terrible. Never had a conversation with him that didn't end with me being more concerned and confused than before the conversation started. Thankfully over time, I was able to get around George in order to get the process completed. There were numerous errors made along the way, that I had to work diligently to correct - none of which were resolved by George. Biggest problem was that he set up bad expectations.
