All in all we had a great experience with PennyMac and the process went pretty smoothly.
Very professional staff which made the loan process easy and understandable. Very caring individual.
The loan process took much longer than anticipated and advised by William Hang. I tried reaching him with no success until this very day. I was double charged an appraisal fee of $475.00. The loan processor Hermes Mejia stated in multiple occasions he would follow up and didn't. We have 3 loans with Pennymac and this is how you treat us? I have reached out to refinance our other two properties for three weeks now and no one has called back. I should take my business elsewhere!
She was always available when we phone her, if not she returned our call(s) within a timely period. I even called her twice in the same day and she was so gracious to answer me each time and reminded me of to call anytime i had questions. I so appreciated Bridgette!! Excellent Customer attentiveness and concern. She is an asset to PennyMac!!Thank you.
