She was concise and accurate in all the information she gave. And it was a very pleasant experience.
Terrible accuracy of closing documents, when the notary was coming out, and who it was. Reassignment of notaries happened without any notification to me. The documents were inaccurate and it took several attempts and calls to try and resolve issues. I hoped for accuracy after we missed closing the first time due to bad docs and no one answering the phone. But we were still fixing things right before 2nd closing despite asking to reschedule closing again due to wrong documents an hour prior.
