Tiera Green-Mabson was great and did her utmost in getting this loan to the finish line! She was prompt, efficient,& went above and beyond to keep my business! She deserves accolades and a raise!!! The loan officer was less than adequate. The initial consultation sounded great however there was no follow-through and the terms and process did not turn out as stated. Typical salesperson mentality. Dismayed that I did not stay with my long-time broker who I have a trusted relationship.

The only problem was that we had solar installed a few months back, so a lien had to be covered since the panels are attached to the house. That took a while and I personally had to make several calls to speak with the Settlement agent. She said their company was snowed under due to the volume they were presently handling. But she said she would send the documents again to the solar company we are leasing from. That took a matter of a couple of days. We closed on the 75th day (approximately) .
I liked that Rebekah was the liaison. I only had to explain to or ask one person. She was great to inform us of documents coming, remind us of anything we missed and making sure all went smoothly.
Easy experience
The entire process went smoothly from application to closing. Everyone that helped me was professional and knowledgeable and everything occured in the expected time frame.
Richard communicated regularly. The only glitch was the closing did not happen as scheduled. Communication was only 30 minutes prior to the no show. Our rate was locked in, but if there was a lower rate available shouldn't we of had the opportunity to take advantage.
