Original loan officer suddenly was taken off and replaced. The replacement didn't know why. Long lengths of time without communication. Whole process took nearly 6 months. No explanation for delays. I didn't like not being able to communicate directly with 2nd loan officer. Processing website is too confusing and I couldn't locate documents I had uploaded to it. Multiple places on processing website that seemed like duplicates or just for my reading; unclear what still pending
The whole process went good. Communication was greatly appreciated between us and our loan processor. It went as planned in a timely matter.
