Overall my experience was good. Only complaint was In the middle of the process being asked for the same information several times even after giving the information asked. Closing took longer than Expected but other than that my overall experience was good.

Such an easy process overall. I had weekly updates via e-mails/phone calls to let me know the status and any documents needed from me to keep the process moving forward. I closed 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was great.

When I decided to refinance I thought going through PennyMac would make it quicker and smoother since my existing loan was with PennyMac. It took longer and I had to supply info that was already on my current loan. My daughter went through Quicken to refinance and she closed in 3 weeks at a lower rate. Hindsight tells me I should have listened to my daughter.
