The refinance process in general was a great experience. Communication (weekly updates), attention to detail and overall super customer service are among the reasons why I would recommend this team. The entire process was exceptional and transparent from start to finish. All my questions were addressed immediately and Daniel made sure before hanging up each call, to ask if he had answered all my questions and if he doesn't have the answer, he gets the answer and follow up the same day. He also thanked me for my service as a vet and made us feel like valued customers.

Even though they were incredibly busy, they made an effort to make sure I was informed. I’m glad I only had one contact, which is rare for large companies. There was one snafu with my property being mistakenly classified as being in a flood zone but they handled it immediately with no back and forth. And I got money back, win-win for me. Closing took awhile, but again with the rates being so low, they are overloaded and that was to be expected.
When we had questions or concerns that we called in on the phone about, actual contact with Conrad And Jacob were not easy to get ahold of nor quick with returning calls.
Underwriters requested the same documents a number of times. In one case they they requested an update to a document I'd sent before. When I sent it, I inadvertently cut off the address of the rental property at the top, but the account number, which was on a previous document I'd sent for that rental property was clearly visible.
