Everything about the process was extremely easy and smooth. Received continual updates from Andrea as we moved through the process and any questions I had were properly answered. Overall it was a great experience.
Ryan was very pleasant and helpful and always available to answer a call. The originating Loan Officer was professional, pleasant and very quick to process my request.
Communication was horrible towards the end of the process. Title company and I couldn’t reach anyone at PennyMac for days. Closing went past the original date set and we weren’t informed.
This was so easy! Joya Lewis is the bomb! She made sure I knew where my application was every step of the way! She made this TOO EASY!
